In this guided session, you learn to trust your body and breath to help you release any self-limiting beliefs and fears to uncover the beautiful soul that is hiding. I personally have healed many childhood traumas and fears through RB and have even been shown my spirit animal! This is an intense and emotional process, but so worth it in the end, I hold space and coach you throughout the process.

Do to the nature of intense breathing to, certain medical conditions (i.e. asthma, high blood pressure, heart conditions) should not undergo RB. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to booking.
